Why I teach
My passion for fitness started with weight training, which led me to enter a women's figure competition (National Physique Committee). I competed in 13 figure categories over a total of 6 shows between the years 2012 and 2016, placing top 5 in every one, taking home first place in both categories in the last show I entered in Reno, NV in June 2016. After hanging up my 6" heels, I decided to focus more on how to make the body strong and agile, which led me to Pilates. I loved the way it made my body feel and gained strength, mobility and flexibility. I strives to give my clients a well rounded workout that I myself have experienced!
